hey guys, so over due I know! Been ill again and had interviews. So here's my clothes show haul. I attended the clothes show on the 6th Dec with my sister.
We were both platinum tickets holders, so we had amazing seats in the arena and also a free bag full of goodies. I'll write a post on the actual event.
So in the free platinum bag i received, there was so many freebies Including:
The First goody bag i got was a Helen E beauty cube. The beauty cube was only £10 and the RRP was around £72!
I was completely sold by the foundation, as soon as she applied it to my hand, i was in love with it. It has ridiculously good coverage and also once applied to the skin its a really dark colour but once blended out, it matches your skin tone. The foundation is called The skin smoother and it retails at £13.50. Its available in 3 shades:
The second product is the Cover it! concealer (RRP £8.00). I have the shade 01, which is the lightest. Once again it in available in 3 shades.
The next product is a blush in the shade 'In the pink' and its gives you a youthful, rosebud flush.
The also comes in 4 other shade which are:
The next lip product is a lipgloss in the shade Catwalk (RRP £7). It has a strawberry scent and its smells divine. Also it has a easy applicator which is always a plus for on the go.
Back up to the Eyes, i recieved a simple soft black eyeliner pencil (RRP £7). This pencil has a great smudge proof component to it, it doesn't go anywhere!
Next is Nail products. I got two nail products and the first one is a classic red polish in the shade 'Glam' (RRP £8) and last but not least a Glass nail file in a luxury Velvet pouch (RRP £8).
The next Goody bag i got was a Rimmel one for again £10. There was 3 different types of goody bags, and i got 'Queen of Bling'.
The first product was a Sweetie Heart Velvet Matte Pastels Nail varnish in the shade '01 Cheeky girl' (RRP £3.99)
The 2nd product was a sample of the Matte BB cream (Light) (RRP £6.99) I Have 2 full size tubes of this, and this is my go to product for my skin once it gets darker (Because my skin tone changes quicker than anything!)
The third product was the Exaggerate eye liner (RRP £5.99) and boy, this is amazing. The tip on this applicator is insane.
The fourth product is the Red Nose Red Lipstick by Kate Moss for Comic Relief (RRP £5.49) This lipstick is honestly amazing. The texture is so creamy and moisturising. Also as expected from rimmel, highly highly pigmented.
The last full size product which i have is the New mascara out, which is called Super Curler mascara (RRP £6.99). This is amazing, there's no other word to describe it. It really does lengthens and curls them at the same time. The formula is so good, It doesn't leave you with clumpy lashes at all.
The next full size product was a instant tan, which i did give to my sister just because i dont need fake tan, but my sister does use it so it's better than going to waste aha.
Also it came with two samples of the Lasting perfection 25hrs foundation and the primer! That foundation is amazing,i used it a while and it gives such a good coverage and also it gives you a really healthy glow.
The first store I went to was just a cheap makeup store. From there I got 4 max factor shimmer eyeshadow and liner sticks. I've always wanted some, but they are £5.99 in store, and I got 4 for £10. These are pervious tester from stores, but they are basically brand new, all the product is there.
The first shade is called fierce lime 10 , which is a vibrant green which really complements brown eyes.
The second shade is called caramel rage 05, and this a vibrant yet subtle bronze colour.
The third shade is called savage silver 25, which is simple silver shade.
The last shade is called ice fury 45, and this shade is a beautiful blue. Its like winter in the shade for me.
I promised myself no more palettes but i couldn't stop myself. I did have my eye on these for months. I got these before we left and thank god i did, because there was an offer which was 3 for £10, which wasn't on in the day. I bought these two and another Lightly toasted palette which i gave to my sister. These retail for £9.99 0n the website but in B&M and other stores they are roughly £6.99. The palettes are highly pigmented and also they are Dupes for Some of The Naked palettes.
-In the Buff
-In the Buff: lightly toasted
So onto nails, there was a pop-up kardashian beauty store and they were doing 5 nail varnishes for £5, which is a bargain. As you can see, i swapped my sister one for a Barry m glitter polish.
So the four shades of polish are:
I've wanted one of these for the longest of times, I eventually got one. This is just a normal wide brimmed floppy hat from a brand called Minimum mouse. This cost me £10, but on the website it sells for £18.
This was such an impulse buy, I don't why i need it but i felt like i did need. This was only a £1. I find the design and simplicity of it so fascinating. I was debating: do i use as a cup/glass, do i put plants or brushes... I settled with eye brushes.
I was pondering around the University stand, and we stopped at this one and just from talking to a women you get a free tote bag and some free books on fashion and a few of their courses. I've always been interested in fashion and i was debating to go into pharmacy or fashion.
Ok so thats it! Sorry this is such a long post, i spent every last bit of my money and i can't wait til next year. Also there will be another post on the actual show soon. Hopefully next because no college so i'll have more time.
Thank you, kelly x
